A leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing professional to join their team. As a Manufacturing team member, you will be an integral part of the production process supporting the company's operational goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing

Location: WAYNESVILLE, NC

Pay Range: 17.75-19.75

Shift: 1st or 2nd

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing and repackaging machinery efficiently and safely
• Follow detailed instructions and quality standards to ensure product consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report any malfunctions
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability for heavy lifting/ following directions
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and guidelines
