QA Distribution Lead

Our client, a major distribution company, is seeking a QA Distribution Lead to join their team in Shepherdsville, KY. As a QA Distribution Lead, you will be part of the distribution and warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: QA Distribution Lead

Location: Shepherdsville, KY

Pay Range: $25.00/hr. - $26.00/hr.

Shifts available: 

• 1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Thursday
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday – Thursday

What’s the Job?

• Supports and tracks Quality training.
• Assist with performing Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and work instruction training.
• Monitors training databases to determine additional training needs
• Plan and completes work with thoroughness, giving attention to specific information, and individual details, conditions, necessary record keeping, and elements of the work.
• Complete process adherence checks on processes
• Complete documentation review of temperature data and alarm reports
• Complete sanitation walks and review any deficiencies Prepares complex reports/presentations.
• Completes analysis using various software packages and databases.
• Works in a lead capacity, providing instruction and guidance to lesser experienced employees.
• Provides administrative support for high level management
• Performs advanced, diversified confidential administrative duties.
• Determines methods and procedures for completing complex tasks.
• Provides advanced office support knowledge and skills.
• Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal and external contacts
• Work in both freezer and cooler environment

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent, (Associate /degree-Science or QA Experience Preferred)
• ​​​​​​​3+ years' office/warehouse support experience
• Strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
• Accurate and rapid data entry
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
