Job Description

TX Mold Technician
Location: Arlington, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT as needed)
Pay: $18–$22/hr DOE (adjust if needed)
Type: Temp-to-Perm

We’re hiring a TX Mold Technician for a manufacturing facility in Arlington. This role is ideal for someone with machine shop experience who is comfortable working with measurements, blueprints, and production equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Set up and operate equipment related to mold production and processing
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Measure materials using standard and metric systems
Ensure accuracy and quality throughout the production process
Monitor equipment and report any issues or defects
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety and production guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

Previous machine shop or manufacturing experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Basic understanding of weights, measurements, and metric conversions
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable with good attendance
