Companion Care Needed

I need adult care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Transportation. Assistance with medication is needed. We're looking for some help preparing meals. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Duties could include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Upon approval the caregiver will have the potential to take her back to their home and work with her and incorporate her into their day and what they're doing to be able to get out into the community.
