American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week travel assignment providing geriatric home health care on a Monday–Friday day schedule.

- Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population \n
- Covers a territory within a 50-mile radius of the hub/office \n
- Average caseload of 5–7 patients per day \n
- Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break \n
- No on-call or weekend requirements \n
- Uses HCHB as the EMR system; experience is required \n
- Mileage between patient homes is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate \n

- Minimum 1 year of recent home health PT experience required \n
- Active CA PT license required (pending licenses not accepted) \n
- Current BLS certification required \n
- Proficiency with HCHB EMR required \n
- OASIS experience required \n
- License required if applicable \n

- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position \n
- Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate \n
- All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration \n
- 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration \n
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration \n
