Litigation Paralegal

Assist and provide a range of legal support and administration to your assigned Attorney(s). 

$52,000 Salary commensurate with experience

• Responsible for screening all attorneys’ calls, calendaring, and scheduling appointments.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda.
• Prepare correspondence.
• Build and maintain all client files.
• Attend client meetings, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Coordinate and prepare cases for hearings.
• Organize and track case files.           
• Assist with trial preparation, including witness lists, exhibit lists, and trial binders.
• E-file all court filings.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Prior experience in this position is helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
