Veterinary Technician at VCA Cairo Animal Hospital

Compensation: $18.50 - $28/hr based on licensure, experience, and skill set

Schedule: Part-time, 10-hour shifts with potential to move into a full-time opportunity.

• Assist doctors with exams, treatments, and procedures
• Venipuncture and IV catheter placement
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor hospitalized patients
• Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
• Dentistry and dental radiography
• Diagnostic imaging and lab work
• Client education and medical record documentation

• 1+ years of experience with anesthesia monitoring, recovery, and dentistry
• A passion for compassionate, high-quality patient care
• A commitment to continuous learning
