Are you someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and learning about trailers, towing equipment, and truck accessories? Croft Trailer Supply is looking for a Counter Sales Representative to join our Olathe team.

For more than 75 years, Croft Trailer Supply has been a trusted name in trailers, trailer parts, towing equipment, hitches, truck accessories, and trailer service. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.

Whether you have experience in retail sales, counter sales, auto parts, trailer parts, hardware stores, service advising, or customer service, we want to hear from you. We are willing to train the right person.

• Assist walk-in customers with trailer, towing, and accessory needs
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer applications
• Sell trailers, trailer parts, towing equipment, hitches, and truck accessories
• Answer phones and assist customers with orders and product questions
• Schedule trailer service and repair appointments
• Process sales transactions, payments, and customer orders
• Enter orders and customer information into our computer system
• Help monitor inventory and ensure products are available for customers
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Work closely with teammates to deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, counter sales, inside sales, auto parts, trailer sales, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to learn mechanical products and explain them to customers
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy retail environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work as part of a team
