What You'll Do

As a Service Technician, you will inspect, diagnose, repair, and install trailer and towing equipment while delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair trailer mechanical systems
• Install and repair brakes, hubs, drums, axles, wheels, tires, jacks, couplers, and suspension components
• Troubleshoot and repair trailer wiring, lighting, and electrical systems
• Install trailer hitches, towing accessories, and related equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and DOT trailer inspections
• Repack bearings and inspect undercarriage components
• Communicate repair findings and labor estimates with Service Advisors
• Perform occasional MIG welding and fabrication work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Use hand tools and shop equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure customer vehicles and trailers are returned in excellent condition
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to legally work in the United States
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in a physically active environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a trailer technician, automotive technician, mechanic, diesel technician, maintenance technician, or hitch installer
• Experience with electrical diagnostics and repair
• Welding experience is a plus
• Ability to read work orders and follow repair procedures
