Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging, CT Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Perform high-quality CT examinations in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians to interpret CT scan results.
- Manage on-call responsibilities within the established rotation schedule.
- Ensure preparedness for emergency situations, including offering support during traumas.
- Manage and document patient care activities accurately using the PACS system.
- Prepare and administer contrast media and conduct biopsies as required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a CT Technologist.
- Current certification by the ARRT (CT) and SCRQSA (CT) is required.
- Completion of training from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification is required.
- Ability to start intravenous lines and conduct procedures using contrast.
- Possession of a radiation badge, as supplied by the staffing agency.
