Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients across a range of diagnoses and functional needs
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
- Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately using Epic EMR
- Float within the facility as needed to support departmental coverage
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
- Valid North Carolina Physical Therapist license or active Compact license required
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Two professional references completed within the last two years, provided by a supervisor or someone in a supervisory capacity
- COVID-19 vaccination required; medical or religious exemption requests must be submitted within 72 hours of acceptance using the facility-provided form
- Must be able to float within the facility as needed throughout the assignment
- Experience with Epic EMR is strongly preferred; please indicate the last facility where Epic was used
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Outpatient setting with a consistent day shift schedule and no weekend or holiday requirements
