Location: Lafayette, Indiana
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 4x10 hour day shifts, 40 hours per week. On-call requirement of 10-12 shifts per month with 30-minute response time. Call shifts are 12-14 hours and begin at shift completion or 5pm on non-working days.

- 20 hours of orientation provided with pre-approved time off available
Requirements:
- ARRT(R) certification required
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of cardiac cath lab experience
- Strong interventional experience, particularly with STEMI procedures
- Comfort working with EP devices and electrophysiology cases
- Valid state license (pending applications accepted if already submitted)
- Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, PCI, PTCA, stent placement, hemodynamic monitoring, and equipment setup
- Ability to work one winter holiday and fulfill on-call requirements
