Job Opportunity – MRI Technologist – Ohio

Start Date: July 13, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: Block schedule, Thursday through Monday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (weekend night shifts)

Highlights:

• Perform 35-40 MRI scans daily with a diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Specialize in neuro, abdominal, and musculoskeletal imaging with a focus on oncology, stroke workup, and trauma cases
• Work with advanced Siemens MRI equipment and EPIC electronic documentation system
• Support both inpatient and outpatient imaging services in a comprehensive care environment
• Utilize advanced imaging techniques including perfusion, spectroscopy, diffusion, and multiplanar reconstruction
• 40-hour orientation provided to ensure smooth transition into the role

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience required; travel experience preferred
• ARRT (R) certification and BLS certification required
• Valid Ohio State License (submittals without OH license are acceptable; license must be obtained prior to start)
• Proven experience with Siemens MRI equipment
• Proficiency in Adult ICU, Adult Outpatient, and Pediatric Acute Care settings
• Experience with advanced imaging procedures including gradient echo, spectroscopy, perfusion, and surface coils
• Competency in anatomical imaging: brain, spine (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), abdomen, pelvis, chest, face/neck, and MSK (hip, knee, shoulder)
• PACS proficiency and experience with contrast media preparation and administration
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Must be available for weekend coverage and willing to work 40-hour weeks
• Two professional references required: at least one must be from a manager, director, or formal supervisor
