Job Summary:
The position is for a CT Technologist in Mesquite, Nevada. This role involves performing computed tomography (CT) scans to produce cross-sectional images of patients' internal organs and tissues for diagnostic purposes. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Position Title: CT Technologist
- Location: Mesquite, Nevada
- Shift: Day shift, 12 hours
- Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Required Qualifications: A.R.R.T. registered. CT Registry. Current Nevada X-ray License. Current Basic Life Support (BLS). All travel submissions must have at least 2 years of experience along with prior travel experience. No locals will be accepted.
- Additional Information:
- Position creation reason: Contractor Replacement
- The organizations facilities are PWP facilities, meaning vendors will not get paid until the facility has paid the staffing organization.
- The CT Technologist must be able to accurately interpret a physicians scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate CT scan equipment, and position the patient properly.
- Performs quality control procedures, applies radiation safety standards, and may provide coverage for other areas within the Radiology Department.
