Job Opportunity – Radiologic Technologist – Northern California
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Eureka, California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 13-week assignment; weekend coverage required (all weekends); on-call shifts included; flexibility to float between like units and nearby sister facilities
Highlights:
- Acute care hospital setting with 150 staffed beds serving diverse patient populations from neonates to geriatrics
- Epic charting system; 3-room radiology department supporting ED, ICU, NICU, PICU, OR, and general inpatient care
- Broad scope of imaging procedures including fluoroscopy, C-arm, portables, contrast studies, and routine radiography
- First-time travelers welcome; at least 1 year of experience required
- Must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
- Free parking provided after first day orientation
Requirements:
- Active California Radiologic Technologist license (must be in hand; pending licenses not accepted)
- ARRT (R) certification required
- BLS certification current and valid
- Fluoroscopy competency required
- Minimum 1 year of radiologic technologist experience
- Epic charting system experience strongly preferred
- Community hospital experience required; Trauma Level I experience preferred
- 2 professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Willingness to float between hospital departments and nearby affiliate facilities as needed
