Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Im looking for a senior care provider with experience for my mom who has vascular dementia and is on hospice. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Meal Preparation, Companionship. Some help needed with bathing. Responsibilities include feeding, meal preparation, providing companionship and social interaction. Looking for someone 2 to 3 hours a day in the early afternoons Monday through Friday, but times may vary.
