Female Overnight Sleep-Shift Caregiver Needed. Seeking a calm, compassionate, emotionally grounded female caregiver for a young adult family member with complex neuroimmune and behavioral support needs. Experience with OCD, trauma-informed care, behavioral support, respite, or special needs preferred. This is primarily a sleep-shift position. Both the caregiver and family member will be sleeping overnight, with support only occasionally needed. Private sleeping space provided. Looking for someone patient, nurturing, observant, adaptable, physically capable, and calm under pressure. Quiet, peaceful home environment. Flat overnight rate: $120/night.
