Reach Truck Operator - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to join their team. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting the distribution center.

Job Title: Reach Truck Operator

Location: Plainfield, IN

Pay Range: $19.50 - $20.75 

Shift: 1st shift 6am - 2:30pm or 2nd shift 2:45pm – 11:15pm 

What's the Job?

• Safely and accurately load and unload products within the distribution center using Forklifts, Reach Trucks, and Order Selectors.
• Process customer orders by scanning bar codes, picking pallets, and labeling pallets.
• Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Report discrepancies between inventory counts and shipping/receiving documents and locate products as needed.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year experience with material handling equipment, specifically high Reach or Counterbalance forklifts.
• High Reach trucks are Crown brand.
• Must have onboarding, background check, and drug test cleared prior to starting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols.
