Sortation Lead

Must have previous warehouse experience

Must be able to operate a sit-down, propane forklift

Must have previous experience leading a team, as you will be leading a team of 9 - 11 associates.

Must be able to lift up to 50 Ibs.

Ability enforce Safety & Operations policies

Flexible with Scheduling

Excellent Communication skills

NO personal conversations on phones during shifts only on breaks and lunch times, Phones must be put away unless being used for daily work duties.

No social media steaming at any time

Must be flexible to positions and shift times.

Warehouse conditions:

• The warehouse environment is not air conditioned, and there are no break rooms. CMs should bring their own water

Forklift

When working in a Forklift Position through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Independently operate a seated, stand-up, or cherry picker-type lift, depending on the position based on best safety practices and supervisor direction.
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Loading and unloading inventory in a safe and responsible manner
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants. Some jobs may require safety (steel-toed) boots
• If you have your certification, please be sure to bring it with you
