Federally Qualified Health Center is looking to hire a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP to work in a primary care setting located in the Queens, NY area!

Your Role with the Company:

• Monday-Friday position
• FNP will utilize specialized knowledge and skills in performing family practice health assessments
• Family Nurse Practitioner will prescribe treatment modalities, establish plans of care, and promote the continuum of care with other health care providers
• Advanced Practice Provider may write prescriptions for medications without the co-signature of a physician

Background Profile:

• Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP
• 1-3 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or acute care setting
• Bi-lingual in Spanish/English required
