Findlay Motor Company is seeking a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our service team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in the automotive industry with one of the region’s most respected dealership groups.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform oil and filter changes
• Rotate and balance tires
• Inspect fluid levels, belts, hoses, and brakes
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow dealership and manufacturer service procedures
• Communicate any additional service needs to advisors or technicians

Qualifications:

• Previous lube or entry-level automotive experience preferred (not required)
• Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
