Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

• Pay: $130,000.00-$145,000.00/year base salary
  
• Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance are Provided
  

Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity:

• Full-time, direct hire position
  
• Schedule: Four days per week
  
• Setting: Outpatient clinic with some hospital call required
  
• Family Nurse Practitioner will be on call for 8-10 hours outside of standard business hours for the week
  
• One week of call for daytime emergencies is required every three weeks

Family Nurse Practitioner Requirements:

• Must be have an active FNP license or Physician Assistant Board Certification
  
• Valid DEA Licensure is required
  
• 4+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or PA
  
• 4+ years of inpatient hospital experience
