Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

Position Overview

As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the landscaping of residential and commercial properties. Work includes mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, planting, and more. If you take pride in keeping properties looking their best and want to be part of a reliable, friendly team, we want to hear from you.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, and weed control
• Operate zero-turn, ride-on, stand-on, and push mowers, string trimmers, blowers, edgers, and hedge trimmers
• Create spring annual plant and flower displays
• Track materials and labor usage accurately
• Work independently or as part of a crew for efficient project completion
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Support snow and ice removal during the off-season

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes quality seriously
• Valid Illinois driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift 50 to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred, and we are willing to train the right person
• Available for snow operations as needed
