Community Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our communities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and is passionate about driving performance, developing teams, and delivering outstanding service.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all aspects of community operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance
• Drive occupancy, rental income, and NOI through strategic leasing and retention efforts
• Lead, coach, and develop on-site team members to achieve individual and property goals
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded
• Maintain a high standard of curb appeal and asset preservation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and local laws
• Build strong relationships with residents and vendors

What You Bring

• 5-7 years of multifamily experience required
• Proven ability to drive occupancy and financial performance
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• High level of accountability, organization, and attention to detail
• Experience with property management software (e.g., Entrata, OneSite, etc.) is a plus
