Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the clinic.
Develop, and supervise nursing and administrative staff.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical best practices.
- Prioritize daily responsibilities while working independently
- Implement risk‑management strategies and emergency preparedness plans.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team.
- Knowledge of rural health challenges, population health, and resource management.
- Superior verbal communication and active listening skills
- High proficiency in medical terminology
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to recognize clinical red flags and escalate care as needed
- Tech-savvy; able to work within multiple systems efficiently
- Must have a HIPAA-compliant, private work area at home

Education:
- Master’s degree or higher from an accredited school of Nursing and graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioners program or advanced degree is strongly preferred; MHA/MBA. (Required)
Experience:
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in large healthcare systems or multi-site clinics.
