Clinical Operations and Workflow Director

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the clinic.

• Develop, and supervise nursing and administrative staff.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical best practices.

• Prioritize daily responsibilities while working independently
• Implement risk‑management strategies and emergency preparedness plans.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team.
• Knowledge of rural health challenges, population health, and resource management.
• Superior verbal communication and active listening skills
• High proficiency in medical terminology
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal abilities
• Ability to recognize clinical red flags and escalate care as needed
• Tech-savvy; able to work within multiple systems efficiently
• Must have a HIPAA-compliant, private work area at home

Education:

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited school of Nursing and graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioners program or advanced degree is strongly preferred; MHA/MBA. (Required)

Experience:

• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in large healthcare systems or multi-site clinics.
