???? Target Salary: $85K–$100K+ (Based on Experience)
???? Onsite | Northwest Houston (Barker Cypress / 290 area)

What You’ll Own
  • Lead day-to-day HOA operations for a large-scale community
  • Partner with the Board of Directors on planning and execution
  • Oversee vendors, budgets, and community assets
  • Drive financial performance (budgets, variance reporting, forecasting)
  • Ensure compliance with governing documents and policies
  • Build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders
  • Lead and develop an on-site team
  • Support community engagement initiatives and events
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of HOA / Community Management OR
    transferable leadership experience in:
    • Property Management
    • Hospitality
    • Parks & Recreation
    • Municipal / City Operations
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Experience working with boards, vendors, and residents
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Adaptability and ownership mindset

Physical / Role Requirements
  • Ability to walk the property and inspect facilities
  • Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
  • Use of computers and mobile systems
  • Valid driver’s license (if required for duties)
