???? Target Salary: $85K–$100K+ (Based on Experience)
???? Onsite | Northwest Houston (Barker Cypress / 290 area)
???? Single Community | High-Engagement Environment
This is a high-visibility, single-community leadership role—not a portfolio.
You’ll have the ability to own operations, influence the board, and directly impact resident experience in a well-amenitized, active community.
- Lead day-to-day HOA operations for a large-scale community
- Partner with the Board of Directors on planning and execution
- Oversee vendors, budgets, and community assets
- Drive financial performance (budgets, variance reporting, forecasting)
- Ensure compliance with governing documents and policies
- Build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders
- Lead and develop an on-site team
- Support community engagement initiatives and events
- 3+ years of HOA / Community Management OR
transferable leadership experience in:- Property Management
- Hospitality
- Parks & Recreation
- Municipal / City Operations
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Experience working with boards, vendors, and residents
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Adaptability and ownership mindset
