As an APP on our team, you’ll provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
- Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and medical assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans that improve patient outcomes
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with clinical guidelines
You’ll have the opportunity to perform a variety of in-office procedures and diagnostic services, including:
- Lab testing interpretation
- EKGs and X-ray review
- Suturing and wound care
- Injections and immunizations
- Minor office procedures and treatments
- Educate patients and families on wellness, nutrition, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Guide patients through treatment plans and long-term health management
- Encourage proactive, preventive care at every visit
- Partner closely with physicians, medical assistants, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Support efficient clinic flow and coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
RequirementsWhat You Bring
You’re clinically confident, compassionate, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
- Active Michigan PA or FNP license
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-volume environment
- 2–5 years in Primary Care and/or Pediatrics
- Experience in multi-specialty or fast-paced clinic settings
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
