Material Area Supervisor

• Assessing / Evaluating monthly plant submissions (~27 per month) which includes validation of:
o Validating that the required attachment was included (or confirm not applicable),
o Confirming the attachment meets the criteria defined for each requirement and is for the specific reporting month,
o Providing a compliant / not compliant status for each requirement,
o Communicating required rework/resubmissions to the plants, if applicable,
o Following up with plants to ensure resubmissions are received and accurate,
o Summarizing audit results for Leadership,
o Trending rework issues for similar themes and suggesting appropriate corrective actions
• Performing actual data validation audits upon request
o Deeper dives into the monthly submitted data to validate proper use (could include on-site verification)
o Summarizing deep dive audit results for Leadership

Required Skillsets:
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel (or equivalent), able to analyze data through pivots, V-Lookup, graph trends
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint (or equivalent)
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner (writing, verbally)
