Internal Medicine Physician

We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician who values schedule stability, autonomy, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with adult patients in a fully outpatient primary care setting.

This position offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or call responsibilities, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality, comprehensive care while supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventative care and wellness visits
• Develop and maintain long-term patient relationships
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Compensation

• Base salary up to $220,000
• Up to $50,000 student loan repayment assistance
• $2,500 relocation assistance

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain
• Experience in outpatient primary care
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
• Comfortable managing up to 25 patients per day
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
