• Weekly Pay: $3170 to $3370

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for cardiovascular and open-heart surgical procedures
• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and surgical equipment for CVOR cases
• Assist surgeons and procedural teams during cardiovascular surgeries
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with surgical safety standards
• Monitor patient status and advocate for patient safety throughout procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as required
• Document surgical procedures and patient care accurately
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements

• Active RN License in California
• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS Certifications required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience with cardiovascular and open-heart surgical procedures preferred
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and perioperative nursing practices
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
