Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to acute inpatient and outpatient populations, including 1-3 adult outpatients per day.
- Perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies independently.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Utilize Epic for accurate patient charting and documentation.
- Adhere to facility policies regarding patient care and operational procedures.
- Engage in continuous professional development to maintain up-to-date clinical skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Valid California State License and CCC-SLP certification.
- BLS certification required.
- Proficiency with Epic charting system preferred.
- Ability to manage acute care, adult outpatient, CVA, and dysphagia patient conditions.
