Description
American Traveler is seeking a RN for a Med/Surg position at a critical access hospital in Pennsylvania, requiring 1 year of experience and working night shifts with every other weekend availability.
Details
- Work in the Medical Surgical unit of a nonprofit, critical access hospital (83 beds)
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
- Medication system: AHT
- Documentation system: CPSI
- No on-call responsibilities
- Local candidates are accepted
Requirements
- Active RN license valid in Pennsylvania (PA state license or Compact license) required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Med/Surg experience and basic nursing skills required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card copies required for consideration
Additional Information
- May be expected to serve in a charge nurse capacity
- Holiday coverage is required
- COVID and flu vaccines are suggested but not required
