MRI Technologist

Location: Watertown, New York 13601

Assignment: 13 Weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 40
Shift: Primarily 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible/variable shifts as needed)
 

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience
• Active New York (NY) license required
• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
• ARRT (MR) certification required
• Current BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Must maintain all required licenses and certifications per state and federal regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI procedures following established protocols
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning
• Operate MRI equipment and maintain image quality standards
• Accurately document patient information and procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams
• Adhere to safety regulations and infection control standards
