MRI Technologist
Location: Watertown, New York 13601
Assignment: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Shift: Primarily 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible/variable shifts as needed)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of MRI experience
- Active New York (NY) license required
- Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
- ARRT (MR) certification required
- Current BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Must maintain all required licenses and certifications per state and federal regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI procedures following established protocols
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning
- Operate MRI equipment and maintain image quality standards
- Accurately document patient information and procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams
- Adhere to safety regulations and infection control standards
