Job DescriptionA Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is needed for a 13-week assignment. The position entails working in a healthcare setting, providing support in the rehabilitation of patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities- Assist patients in gaining the skills needed for daily living and working.
- Implement and conduct treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
- Support patients with mobility and physical activities as appropriate.
Candidates must hold a valid COTA license and have relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
