Now Hiring: Manufacturing Technicians (2nd & 3rd Shift)

Pay: $18.49/hour
Location: North Wilkesboro, NC

Schedule Options:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

About the Role

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a stable work history who are comfortable working with their hands in a manufacturing setting.

This position is in a non-climate-controlled environment that can be hot and dusty and involves working with materials such as fiberglass, epoxy, and foam.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong work history with demonstrated longevity
• Experience using hand tools and measuring instruments
• Excellent attention to detail
• Safety-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, warm, and dusty environment
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude — we are building a positive and supportive culture
• Previous manufacturing or similar experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
• Operate conventional machinery such as lathes, mills, surface grinders, and drill sharpeners
• Work on CNC machines
• Complete basic math calculations related to measurements and production
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly (team lifting for items over 50 pounds)
