Packaging Operator

Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Turtle Lake, WI

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 6pm - 6am rotating shift

What's the Job?

• Operate equipment to produce a safe, quality product, including forklift operation and repetitive lifting tasks
• Perform testing and checks for Critical Control Points (CCPs) accurately
• Cross-train and operate multiple processes within the production line
• Maintain high standards of sanitation, personal hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Document production activities clearly and collect product samples in a sterile manner

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in a food plant or manufacturing environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dependability and reliability in work attendance
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, squatting, and bending
• Willingness to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols
