Crib Attendant - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in automotive manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Crib Attendant to join their team. As a Crib Attendant, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting maintenance and production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Crib Attendant

Location: Dundee, MI

Pay Range: $21.00

Shift: Second and Third shifts available (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

What's the Job?

• Support plant operations by providing tools and materials for machine repair and production needs
• Perform basic warehousing functions including receiving, put-away, disbursement, and cycle counting
• Maintain inventory integrity and organize the crib area efficiently
• Operate proprietary SAP inventory control system and licensed Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Assist maintenance and production teams with customer support and operational tasks

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience (training available for strong candidates)
• Familiarity with SAP or similar planning systems
• Background in customer service or retail preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
