Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of 8th grade; no experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of relevant experience.
Job Summary:
To provide routine manual services to assure clean, orderly, and sanitary conditions in and around buildings.
Job Duties:
- Cleans and services the entire Field House, offices, hallways, restrooms, and other public areas as needed.
- Dust mops, wet mops, polish, vacuums, and shampoos carpets, rugs, and furniture.
- Cleans and disinfects walls, ceilings, and furniture.
- Cleans all horizontal and vertical surfaces as needed.
- Maintains pool area, sweeps pool, hoses down pool deck.
- Checks CO2 gauges, checks chlorine level in tanks, able to read gauges on the pump and understand what those numbers mean.
- Maintains maintenance sheds on the Fields to make sure they stay neat and orderly.
- Maintains housekeeping equipment and utility closets in an orderly and clean manner.
- Makes sure equipment is working, and all equipment not working is reported to the Front Desk.
- Adheres to internal controls established for the department.
- Cover the reception area on occasion as needed.
- Performs related duties as required.
Working Environment and Conditions:
- Will be required to work overtime.
- Exposure to adverse weather conditions - extreme heat/cold and rain.
- Heavy lifting required: 25 to 50 lbs. frequently; up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
- Walking: 50 to 75% time.
- Bending/Stooping/Crouching: 25 to 50% time.
- Climbing: 15% to 20% time.
- Pushing/Pulling Objects: 25 to 50% time.
Salary Range:
Actual salary is commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
