What You’ll Do
- Support agency compliance by following state and federal regulations, including policies related to abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
- Answer and route calls from clinicians, patients, and caregivers while providing exceptional customer service.
- Retrieve and manage clinical documentation to support scheduling and patient care.
- Ensure all protected health information is properly handled and redacted in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Assist the scheduling team by coordinating communication between clinicians and patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide administrative support to multiple departments.
- Foster professional communication that helps ensure outstanding patient care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a healthcare-related field.
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software systems.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance (or the ability to use public transportation).
