Position Details

Location: Hopewell Junction, NY
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Saturday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Position Type: Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure warehouse property, buildings, and surrounding areas
• Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the facility
• Control access to the site and verify employee and visitor credentials
• Maintain accurate activity logs, reports, and documentation
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Investigate and report unusual activity or security concerns
• Provide a visible security presence to help deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Communicate effectively with site personnel and management regarding security-related matters

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Valid NYS Security Guard License (Preferred)
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Strong communication, observation, and report-writing skills
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Professional demeanor and dependable attendance
• Previous security experience is a plus, but not required
