**About the Role**

You will be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting partnerships and licensing within the entertainment sector. This role is crucial for business development and program management, focusing on licensing and partner engagement. You will assist senior managers across the full lifecycle of partnership contracts, from preparing negotiation materials and managing operational workflows to ensuring accurate documentation and compliance within internal systems. Your contributions will directly support a studio that creates experiences enjoyed by millions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Support senior business development managers in executing and managing entertainment partnership contracts, ensuring timely processing and compliance.
* Assist with the preparation of negotiation materials, contract templates, and operational tasks throughout all deal stages.
* Ensure proper filing of agreements and all relevant documentation within the contract management system and internal documentation platform.
* Utilize internal payment systems and finance tools to manage supplier set-up and process payment requests to partners as needed.
* Initiate and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for new partnerships when required.
* Maintain licensing rights trackers and monitor upcoming expiry dates to ensure continuous compliance.
* Support the triage and response process for external partnership proposals.
* Contribute to various team projects as needed.
* Identify and propose opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

**Qualifications**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
* 8-10 years of overall professional experience.
* Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on collaboration.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning and resource planning.
* Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles as required.
* Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
* Proficiency with standard computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or a paralegal role, specifically managing and negotiating legal contracts.
* Experience within the entertainment industry.
* Previous experience working with legal contracts, Finance, and Legal teams on time-sensitive deals, while ensuring policy compliance.
