Retail Sourcing and Fulfillment Coordinator [210513]

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join a pivotal team, supporting critical procurement and project management functions. In this role, you will be the essential link between strategic planning and successful execution, directly contributing to the seamless delivery of projects. Your expertise will ensure that project requirements are met efficiently and on schedule, playing a vital part in bringing innovative initiatives to life.

**Responsibilities:**
* Validate project requirements by meticulously reviewing scope documents against construction drawings.
* Manage the lifecycle of procurement proposals and change orders, from initiation through routing.
* Maintain an accurate project status tracker and proactively communicate any delays to project managers.
* Execute end-to-end order management, including placing orders with vendors and tracking fulfillment to project sites.
* Contribute to reporting efforts by developing and maintaining reports utilizing project scheduling, budget, and cost data.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers, including note-taking during coordination meetings and monitoring vendor schedules.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s Degree
* 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Vendor Management
* Intermediate proficiency with Excel

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience with project management software relevant to construction
* Familiarity with reading construction drawings
