Position Overview

1 Vision USA, one of ADT’s fastest-growing Premier Authorized Dealers, is expanding nationwide and actively hiring Sales Representatives and future Area Managers for our New Homeowner Program.

You will work directly with new homeowners daily using our CRM-driven lead system—targeted opportunities, not random cold calls. We train you on the pitch, equipment, sales process, and how to operate like an entrepreneur, not just a rep.

This is a 1099, commission-only role with uncapped income, clear leadership pathways, and zero ceiling for those who perform.

Realistic Income Expectations

• Entry / Developing Reps: $50,000–$70,000 annually

• Strong Producers: $100,000–$150,000+

• Top Performers: $200,000–$300,000+

• Uncapped commissions – no limits

We clearly show the pathway to earning more here than in a traditional 9–5 W2 role for motivated professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working with new homeowners every day

• Running appointments and in-home presentations using our proven ADT system

• Managing opportunities through our CRM lead platform

• Educating homeowners on ADT security, smart home, and automation solutions

• Building income through personal production and optional leadership growth

Compensation & Support

• 1099 – Commission Only

• Average commission per sale: $500–$1,000

• Next-day pay options available

• As the company grows, additional incentives and rewards may become available

• Leadership overrides for those who build teams

• Health insurance pathway: partnered licensed health insurance agents to help reps obtain coverage

• No coming into an office – field-based and independent

• No micromanagement – performance-driven, results matter, not clock-watching

Schedule & Flexibility

• Residential field hours typically average 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Agents may start earlier or later as needed

• Monday–Friday

• Saturdays are optional and often the highest-producing day (3–4 hours)
