Location: Lebanon, PA Office
Markets: Pennsylvania & East Coast
Role Type: Full-Time | Base Salary + Commision + Volume Bonus

Who This Role Is Perfect For
- 3+ years of sales experience (phone or inside sales preferred)
- Competitive, ambitious, and ready to level up

No experience in real estate? No problem — we provide 100% paid training.
What You’ll Do
- Call and negotiate with homeowners looking to sell
- Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
- Analyze property values and estimate repair costs
- Make cash offers and negotiate win-win deals
- Work closely with our team to structure profitable transactions
- Track KPIs, follow scripts, and stay consistent with outreach
- Manage CRM tasks and follow-up systems
This is a high-income skill role — everything will be taught, and the potential for growth is unlimited.

- Coachable and motivated to improve daily
- Ability to work 8:30am - 6:00pm?
- Basic computer skills and reliable internet
- Previous sales experience a plus, but not required
Compensation
- Base Salary: $145,000 – $225,000/ann
- Additional Volume Bonus: $36,000-50,000/ann
