Sales Representative - Metro by T-Mobile

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Metro by T-Mobile in San Antonio and Austin. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and helping customers find the best wireless solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming in-store experience
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and plans
• Drive sales of wireless devices, accessories, and service plans
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Process activations, upgrades, and account changes accurately
• Educate customers on device features, billing, and promotions
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and inventory organization
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (wireless experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
