Sales Representative (Tampa, FL – In Office) NO RELOCATION OFFERED- Prefer Local Talent
LEAD Staffing is currently building our next generation of of high-performing sales professionals into National Sales Representatives in the skilled trades and construction staffing space.
Backed by LEAD’s 16+ years of industry experience, in a hands-on training environment, you’ll work directly with experienced producers and leadership, breaking into and building accounts tied to data centers, industrial projects, and large-scale commercial construction across the U.S.
This is not a plug-and-play sales job. It’s a career track.
What You’ll Be Doing
Cold calling decision-makers
Multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, video call)
Building your own pipeline and book of business
Working side-by-side with a dedicated sales mentor (in-office, daily)
Selling - this is a pure sales role. Recruiting is handled by our established internal team
Compensation & Growth
Competitive base salary (varying depending on experience) + uncapped commission
Year 1 On Target Earnings: 80K–$100K
Eligible for commission immediately
Direct access to leadership and a clear path for advancement
Exposure to major, high-impact projects from day one
Who We’re Looking For
1-3 years of B2B sales experience (staffing or construction is a plus)
High energy, competitive, and self-driven
Organized and confident communicator
Excited about working with a team of like-minded individuals
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
