Customer service position involving telephone/email sales and service. Taking customer phone orders. Quote customer request by contacting vendors for price quotes and developing quote to send to customer with mark-ups. Liaison to art department to generate proofs for approval. Follow ups to see that products ship on time. Learning to spec out jobs for new orders. Training provided to learn our industry. Salary range of 40,000-60,000 depending on experience level.
