Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Project Manager / Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based structure. This role is responsible for managing client relationships from initial contact through project completion, ensuring excellent communication, customer satisfaction, and successful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients from start to finish
• Conduct client communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers
• Schedule and coordinate inspections, estimates, and project timelines
• Prepare and present service proposals and pricing options
• Oversee project progress to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with field crews and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and project updates

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience preferred (construction or service industry a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Comfortable working independently
• Basic computer and CRM skills preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if field visits required)
