Rare Opportunity: Immediate Opening for commission based Salesperson in the Houston Area
Earnings: $100K+ realistic Year 1; top performers can reach $200K+ (performance-based)
Schedule: Monday–Friday appointments; Saturday appointments about 1x/month (local travel only — no overnight travel)

If you’re a closer who wants real opportunity (not “go generate your own leads”), this is it. You’ll run up to 3 pre‐qualified homeowner appointments per day—no door knocking, no cold calling.

What you’ll do
- Meet with pre-set homeowner leads (in-home and/or showroom) and run a professional consultation
- Diagnose needs, build trust, and present remodeling solutions that fit the client’s goals
- Guide clients through selections and scope so the project is clearly defined
- Present and close Design Agreements, Construction Agreements, and Change Orders
- Own the relationship through the handoff—ensure a smooth experience and strong customer satisfaction
- Keep pipeline notes and sales tracking updated weekly (organized follow-up is everything)
What we’re looking for
Must-haves
- Proven sales performance (in-home/outside sales strongly preferred)
- Remodeling, home improvement, construction, or design-related sales experience
- Confident communicator with solid objection handling and negotiation skills
- Self-managed: shows up prepared, follows up fast, and closes clean
- Coachable and competitive with a high-income mindset
Nice-to-haves
- Experience selling high-ticket projects and managing longer sales cycles
