What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and referrals
• Meet with homeowners, property managers, and business owners
• Perform roof inspections (yes — ladders are part of the job)
• Guide clients through the insurance claim & restoration process
• Attend adjuster meetings and advocate for your customers
• Manage your projects from signed contract → completion
• Stay organized using CRM tools and follow-ups
• Represent Skyline as a trusted expert, not just another contractor

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who is driven, competitive, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in the field, outdoors, year-round
• Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
• Able to work independently but still be a team player
• Previous sales or roofing experience is a plus — but we can train the right person
